Hi Everyone! Please help us raise funds for an orphanage in Tijuana, Mexico! The Public Health Association at UCI is working with the Corazon de Vida (CDV) Foundation to make a one day trip to visit an orphanage in Mexico on May 17th. All proceeds will go toward educational material, food, utility bills, and other supplies for the kids! Take a step forward and help a child in need! Every dollar counts!
Please send this link to all your family, friends, and professors and help us spread the word for a great cause!
Thank you all so much for coming out to our National Public Health Week events! So many people came out that we ran out of canteens and canvas bags! We’re sorry if you came by today with recyclable bottles, we didn’t expect this high of a turnout. But thank you all so much for your contributions! All the money from the bottles goes to Corazon de Vida, so thank you! We also wanted to let you know that we have decided not to hold our “Picnic in the Park” event Friday. Sorry for the inconvenience but if you would still like to be involved please come to our Week 4 General Meeting! Stay tuned for more details!
Thanks again and we can’t wait to see you all again soon!
